The Client

The client is a multinational firm in the Electronics industry.

The Role

Our client is currently looking for a qualified Key Account Manager candidate who will be accountable for Mobile Devices Accounts in Jordan Market and will be having the following key responsibilities:

  • Effective management of and communication with assigned accounts/channels (e.g. hypermarkets, retailers, distributors, etc.).
  • Effective management of (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) of products for the assigned accounts as per determined forecasts.
  • Fully responsibility for the Sales cycle (Sell-in, Sell-out, Sell-through).
  • Ensure achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sale targets for the assigned territory.
  • Actively monitoring market/competitor trends and develop suitable action plans, when required.
  • Lead Sales discussions and negotiations with clients/distributors as per the pre-approved terms and pricing.
  • Develop periodical consolidated summary sales reports and present it to management.
  • Manage the collection of accounts receivables and ensure it is conducted properly and timely for the assigned territory.
  • Build strong business relationship with existing clients/distributors and prospect clients in the assigned territory to maintain and maximize commercial outcomes.

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

  • having a bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, or closely related field.
  • having a minimum of 5 years of extensive Sales or Account Management experience in Home Appliances, IT, Mobile devices,  AC products, or FMCG.
  • having strong experience in Sales of Consumer/Home Electronics, Mobile devices, AC products, or FMCG.
  • having strong understanding and experience in managing accounts and dealing with retailers and distributors.
  • having strong understanding and experience in Sell-In, Sell-through, and Sell-out processes.
  • having strong understanding and experience with Sales Planning and Management, Account/Channel Management, Project Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Intelligence practices and principles.
