The Client

The client is a multinational firm in the Electronics industry.

The Role

Our client is currently looking for a qualified Retail Marketing Manager candidate who will be having the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and operational Retail Marketing plans for assigned markets/products to support the achievement of the company’s business plan.
  • Develop the annual budget plan for the assigned markets/products and discuss it with the management for review and approval.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of the Retail Marketing strategic and operations plans.
  • Develop and manage marketing programs, ATL/BTL campaigns, and exhibitions.
  • Lead and manage market intelligence exercises of existing markets to analyze and determine company’s market share, key competitors and their pricing strategies, and latest market and consumer trends related to the company’s products.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of up-to-date marketing material including brochures, company profile, website, social media, etc.
  • Oversee the operations, recruitment, and performance of the Retail Team (e.g. Promoters, Merchandisers).
  • Develop periodical Marketing-related reports and submit/present them to management.
  • Manage quality development exercises to improve the quality of assigned products.
  • Maintain strong relationship with marketing and media companies and market research agencies.

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

  • having a bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, or closely related field.
  • having a minimum of 5 years of extensive Retail Marketing experience with international/multinational Electronics or FMCG companies.
  • having strong understanding and experience with the practices and principles of Product Management, Market Research, Product Development, Project/Campaign Planning and Management, and ATL/BTL Marketing.
