Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for multiple GRC Consulting roles (Sr. Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager) who will be working in Riyadh and who will be having the following key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enhance GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and gap analyses.
• Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance and corporate governance best practices.
• Assist clients in developing and maintaining risk management strategies.
• Perform internal audits and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Lead and support client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on GRC-related topics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and project success.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and professional development.

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization
• having relevant GRC-related professional certifications
• having strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance structures
• preference will be given for Saudi applicants
• having 5+ years of relevant experience in GRC, preferably in relevant Consulting roles
