Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a GRC Sr. Manager position that reports to the GRC VP and who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of enterprise risk management processes, including the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of key risks.
• Manage corporate compliance activities to ensure conformance with internal policies and external legal or regulatory standards.
• Support executive leadership and board-level functions with insights and guidance on governance best practices and risk posture.
• Supervise and develop a team of professionals across the areas of risk, compliance, and internal control.
• Coordinate closely with internal audit, legal, and assurance stakeholders to drive a cohesive GRC approach.
• Oversee GRC-related training initiatives to promote awareness, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
• Lead or support investigations of critical risk or compliance incidents, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization
• having relevant GRC-related professional certifications
• having strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance structures
• preference will be given for Saudi applicants
• willing to relocate to Jubail city
• having 9+ years of relevant experience in GRC, preferably in relevant industries
