The client is one of the Big 4 global Accounting firms.

The Role

Our client is currently looking for a qualified Customer and Digital Strategy Manager / Sr. Manager candidate who will be based in Saudi Arabia and who will be responsible for delivering services around the below areas:

  • Strategy and Growth Mindset (e.g. Go-To-Market and Launch Strategies, Operating Model Design, Product and Service Innovation, Channel Strategy, etc.)
  • Customer Experience Services (e.g. Human-centric Experience Design, Customer Personas and Behavioral Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Experience Vision and Strategy, Customer Service Operations Review and Benchmarking, etc.)
  • Transformation and Execution (e.g. Execution Roadmap Planning, Agile Delivery, Prototype Design and Definition, Market Pilot Planning and Delivery, Business Model and Growth Scenario Projection Modeling, Project Management, etc.)

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

  • having 7+ years of extensive relevant Consulting experience, preferably within the Public industry.
  • having experience in managing and delivering projects and managing project teams.
  • having strong background and understanding of Customer Experience, CX Strategy Development, CX Operating Model Design, and CX Transformation Strategy Development practices and principles.
  • having strong skills in project planning, budgeting, project management, team utilization, quality assurance, and time management.

The Salary

The client is offering a negotiable and attractive tax-free package (starting from 27,000 SAR/month, and up to 40,000 SAR/month for the Senior level) based on experience and performance in interviews. Aside from this, there will be health insurance, yearly vacation ticket, and variable bonus.
