As a Freelance Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and informative training programs to a diverse range of professionals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training sessions that align with our clients’ specific needs and objectives. Below are the key responsibilities that you will have:

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing effective teaching methods and techniques.
• Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of your training programs.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of training assignments.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in in any of the following areas (e.g. Strategy, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, etc.).
• Strong instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging and impactful training materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cater to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with participants.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
