The Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team as Client Portfolio Managers. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to build and manage a portfolio of clients across key markets in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan.

As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing recruitment operations. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Executive Search and Recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
    • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Proactively address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Recruitment Operations:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
    • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage a team of recruiters and ensure they meet performance targets.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment operations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Monitor revenue and cost-saving initiatives.

The Candidate

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
    • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
    • Existing portfolio of clients that can be easily transferred to the new role.
    • Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan.
    • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.
